We think it’s high time that our ice cream was used more originally and creatively in a dinner menu!

As a result, we teamed up with Amy Hunt, at the time owner and Head Chef of the celebrated Oak and Glass restaurant in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. Passionate and inventive, she has worked with some of the country’s finest chefs including Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons and John Campbell at The Vineyard.

Amy devised a collection of recipes incorporating our ice cream into delicious dishes for starters, main courses and desserts, carefully marrying together flavours and textures.
