We think it’s high time that our ice cream was used more originally and creatively in a dinner menu!
As a result, we have teamed up with Amy Hunt, owner and Head Chef of the celebrated Oak and Glass restaurant in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. Passionate and inventive, she has worked with some of the country’s finest chefs including Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons and John Campbell at The Vineyard.
Amy is devising a collection of recipes incorporating our ice cream into delicious dishes for starters, main courses and desserts, carefully marrying together flavours and textures.
